Open peat fire. It has wooden floors and ceilings. It is open plan with the kitchen/dining room. It’s riverside location has panoramic views. The patio door leads to the stone built Bar B Que area on the banks of the Upper River Fergus

Kitchen
Oak fitted kitchen/dining room. All necessary facilities plus electric coffee maker, microwave dishwasher. There is a seperate angling room/changing room, and the washing machine and dryer, seperate sink and bait fridge are kept there. The floor of the kitchen is Moher flag and the dining room has a wooden floor.

Bedrooms ~ 4 Star (Premium Standard)
All three bedrooms are spacious. The master bedroom is Ensuite, it has a double bed and a single bed. The twin bedroom is situated just accross from the main bathroom and the other bedroom has a double bed and is locate beside the changing room which has a Electric shower and toilet.

BBQ area
Paved with Moher Flag Stone. Stone walls, Bar B Que and benches built with stones from original house. Gas Bar B Que also on site. Listen to the whisper of the water….
